After Renovation ( post-construction)
- PRE-CLEAN:
All construction debris including excess grout, caulking, paint, adhesives or anything requiring . –Unfortunately, due to the potential dangers and the special tools required, we do not offer this service as contractors are responsible for this level of cleaning.
- DEEP-CLEANING:
Deep cleaning of all interior surfaces. This includes:
- Cabinets: Cabinets will be cleaned inside and outside and. This includes cabinets in the kitchen, bathrooms, closets and built-ins.
- Bathrooms: all bathrooms are cleaned from top to bottom including floors, fixtures, tubs, showers, counters, mirrors and any wall tile.
- Baseboards, molding and floor: Molding and Floors. We hand clean baseboards, molding and shelves. We vacuum and mop floors depending on types.
- Interior Windows, window sills and ledges are wiped or scrubbed.
- Appliances: any appliance remaining such as a refrigerator and over will be thoroughly cleaned inside and out including the racks.
- Exterior Areas: Per request and with an extra, we can sweep out the garage or porch areas, clean garage.
We suggest you to change to air filter 24 to 48 hours after this phase
- TOUCH-UP CLEANING:
A week or so after the dust settles, we can go back in and wipe down all horizontal surfaces to assure that all dust and debris is taken care of. This option is sometimes utilized when a house has been sitting for a long period after the Final Cleaning.
