General Questions

For your convenience, we have built a pricing tool directly on this website. Visit the service area and select One-time Cleaning or Maintenance Cleaning.

You can cancel or schedule any of your appointments by letting us know at least 24 hours in advance. If you feel your schedule is not “stable” and you may have to reschedule often, please ask about our FLEX schedule. What is the FLEX schedule? With the flex schedule, you’ll have to schedule your appointment each time but we may not have appointments available with your preferred crew and we may have limited availabilities. If you cancel the service within 24 hours or if we are unable to access the house at the scheduled time, we’ll have to charge a cancellation fee. Please always have a plan B: hide a key, tell a neighbor, tell us a code, etc.

Absolutely not! We wouldn’t want pushy sales people coming to our house so we would never do that to you. You can get a quote and book your cleaning online. It takes about one minute.

We use hospital-grade non-toxic biodegradable products. Our cleaner can be made without any scent. Talk to us if you have any concerns.

Scheduling Questions

we don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.

It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your property

Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a 20 minutes window before and after the scheduled time due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your crews will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.

You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed.You will receive an invoice after the clenaing and you can pay online. You can also leave a check with your crew.

No, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or pre-determined number of appointments. Er just ask you to give us at least 24 hour notice when you need to cancel or reschedule
