How do I get a quote?

How much will my cleaning cost?

Every home is different, so pricing depends on factors like size, condition, and the type of service. Initial cleanings are typically higher, as they require more detailed work, while recurring services are lower to maintain your home.

How many people will be cleaning my home?

For recurring maintenance cleanings, you’ll typically have one dedicated cleaner assigned to your home. For first-time, deep, move-in/move-out cleanings, or larger homes, we send a team to ensure the job is completed efficiently.

Do I have to be home for my cleaning?

It’s completely up to you — you’re welcome to stay or leave, whatever you feel most comfortable with. We just need a way to access your home (key, code, etc.).

What type of products do you use?

We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products that are safe for your family and pets — no harsh chemicals, no strong scents, just a clean and healthy home.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipement?

Yes, we do! We bring all cleaning products and equipment needed to clean your home. The only thing we ask is that you provide garbage bags. For your peace of mind, we’ve got everything else covered.

Does my cleaner arrive at the exact time I book?

We provide a 30-minute arrival window around your scheduled time. If there’s ever a delay, our office will contact you with an updated arrival time.

What if I need to skip or reschedule?

If you need to skip or reschedule any of your appointments, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. You can contact us anytime by phone, text, or email.

When am I charged for the service?

For your first cleaning or a one-time service, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. For recurring services, payment is due on the day of your cleaning.

How do I pay for my cleaning?

You’ll receive an invoice with a secure link to pay online by credit card or bank transfer (ACH). Automatic payments can also be set up for peace of mind. Other arrangements can be discussed if needed

Am I signing a contract?

No, there are no contracts required. You’re free to stop or make changes at any time — we simply ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Does someone have to visit my house before I can book a cleaning?

Absolutely not! An in-home estimate is possible but not required. We can go over the details with you by phone, provide a quote, and book your cleaning.
